From ‘Shubho Noboborsho’ to ‘Baisakhi’ to ‘Rongaali Bihur Xubhessa Lobo’ – they all mean, Happy New Year. A true reflection of Indian culture – the diversity was witnessed in the Student Activity Center on 14th of April, 2016. On the occasions of Bihu, Bengali new year, Baisakhi and Odia New Year, the students of KIIT University celebrated along with the first anniversary of KHWAAB.

The last performance was a Theater program – ‘All The Best’, which was based on the idea of believing in oneself and to stand by those people who need our support.

KHWAAB whose motto is ‘In Service To Humanity’ is the Society which closely follows the philosophy of Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder of KIIT and KISS.

The main objectives of the society are Art of Giving, compassion and India Against Negativity. These have been successfully implemented by the society in its DNA and thereby stand strong. Celebrating its first anniversary, we are full of pride to witness such multiple diversities in KIIT University and look forward to more such events.
