Diabetes Entertainment is a freelancing Visual Entertainment Services group which specializes in providing creative and technical services for the film, broadcast, commercials, gaming, internet and media industries. They deal with visual effects, portfolio and event shoots, TV commercials, architectural, 3D animation and anything related to graphics and event and celebrity management.

Many might wonder why they chose the name Diabetes?
To that they say diabetes cannot be curtailed and cured and but the sweetness of their act can be spread far and wide. The team bursts out laughing claiming they are mostly mistaken to be social workers for the diabetics. But they enjoy this mistaken identity. The team is a mixed bag of talent, each specializing in the various fields of photography, graphics designing and animation. Together, they prefer calling themselves a complete solution to any graphic solution. They work by delivering imaginative, proactive and timely solutions – that help their clients creatively, technically and financially.

Since a modest beginning in September 2010, it has grown by acquiring businesses in the major media centres. From being laughed at by a client’s employees to becoming a name to reckon when it comes to top-notch graphics work that is a league apart, Diabetes Entertainment is slowly setting its footprints in the industry by introducing new trends. Some extra pocket-money and freelancing being the inspiration behind starting the group, it has now graduated to a full-time registered company.

Recently on 25th Jan, Diabetes Entertainment had a Calendar Launch-The Doers at VITS Hotel Bhubaneswar.
Now what is so special about THIS calendar?

Till date no one had tried to scoop out the various achievers, from different fields of life and create a memento out of them that would last a complete year. What naturally came next was these amateurs taking on such a massive task and executing it with panache! They dreamt and they finally did it, in spite of numerous obstacles.

The Doers? Sounds different right?

Well the obvious answer to why it was named The Doers is coz the people featured in the calendar do it, rather than contemplate and procrastinate. There are two kinds of people in world, one who think they want to do something, the rest who do what they think. Featured in this calendar are the people from the latter group. They dreamt what seemed impossible to others, achieved it and showed the world that nothing is beyond dreams. It’s just a dream and true grit that is necessary to take you through all the impossibilities. We wanted to give everyone a reason, every month, to look at these achievers and rise up again after a failure and take inspiration from these ‘DOERS’!!!

The calendar launch, was attended by the Who’s-who of Bhubaneswar. The first copy of the calendar was inaugurated by the kids of Sri Anand Mission. The calendar launch was followed by dinner and a party.
