As the rounds of obituary for Mr.Dev Anand are almost over, we trace back the man who would be remembered for many reasons. We found just the perfect 5 reasons for you to remember him. Please do watch them, because we have given you a list of his movies which you can watch. Certainly you wont watch Kala Bazar(Yes, we know you wont). Here are 5 movies of Dev Sahib that will make you remember him for ever. Here’s to you Dev Sahib, it was a pleasure watching you.

.Jewel Thief : Almost a Dev Anand Bond movie. Beautiful women, a charismatic hero, bad guys lurking in the shadows, this is a fun ride of Hindi Cinema at its jovial best. A special mention of our own Humphrey Bogart Mr.Ashok Kumar as well.

.C.I.D : Inspector Shekhar gets entangled in a messy investigation and must find a way out of it to clear his name and bring the bad guys to justice, Sounds Sunny Deolish but is actually a very crafty and enjoyable piece of cinema. Easily one of Dev Anand’s best.

.Johnny Mera Naam : Lost and Found formula works here big time. Prem Nath as a bad guy was a treat to watch while Dev Anand and Pran brought their own rustic charms to this entertainer. “Bol Kya naam hai tera?” and Dev Anand replies “Johhhnny” and then the punches start flowing when suddenly flashbacks come alive. AAh! Paisa Wasool.

.Hum Dono : Yes, Black and White films have a psychological impact on you, but then it was re released in Colour as well, and you definitely will be a better person if you have seen this.If the movie doesn’t do it, then the songs will, and if the songs don’t do it as well, head for rehab.
.Guide : S.D. Burman’s ethereal songs tune into fine performances by Dev Anand and Waheeda Rehman as Vijay Anand directs this film about a guide in love with a married woman. Based on R.K. Narayan’s work the earthy charm of this movie is still fresh.
